Donate socks to Homeless

The Christmas People Foundation donate socks to homeless by directly working with the wholesalers. We provide basic necessities in bulk, maximizing the impact of your donation. Just $100 can provide 100 pairs of socks or 50 warm hats, offering essential comfort and protection during the cold winter months.

HOLIDAY MEALS

During the holidays we prepare steam table trays of nourishing food and distribute to as many as eight shelters in the King County area. 1500 - 2900 meals are then served by the various centers. Volunteering and financial giving enables us to carry out our mission.

PROVISIONS ALL YEAR ‘ROUND

Throughout the year, The Christmas People delivers bulk food provisions to various shelters and centers in King County, Spokane County and Yakima County. Staples such as beans and rice, peanut butter, coffee, tea instant meals and paper goods enable shelters to have necessary food and supplies on hand during lean times.

The Gift of Giving is calling you…

As board members of the non profit Christmas People Foundation, Ruth Bishop and Fred Hutchinson have firsthand knowledge of the needs and longings of our marginalized and underserved friends. For more than twenty-five years we have pledged to feed the hungry, while providing warm socks and hats to those in need.  WE DO THIS JOYFULLY and commit our time and monetary support to this endeavor. Will YOU join us, this year, to make a heartfelt difference in our communities?

When the song of the angels is stilled,
When the star in the sky is gone,
When the kings and princes are home,
When the shepherds are back with their flock,

To find the lost,
To heal the broken,
To feed the hungry,
To release the prisoner,
To rebuild the nations,
To bring peace among people,
To make music in the heart.
