In 1998, Rev. Fred Hutchinson and Dr. Ruth Bishop started a simple mission to provide meals, clothing, and warmth to Seattle’s homeless. This is when the idea for Christmas people foundation came into being. We turn holidays into a time of loving and giving for those who don’t have the money to buy themselves a meal. Even after Christmas, our work continues, supporting those in need all year long.
