What We Offer?

The Christmas People Foundation works to meet the many needs of our community via creative initiatives and persistent advocacy, all while keeping its pledge to serve with honesty and compassion.

Mentorship Program

Participate in our Mentorship Program, where experienced adults provide transitional children with support and guidance. You have the power to greatly impact a teenager's path towards independence by passing expertise and life lessons. This will help them achieve growth and trust along their journey.

Life Skills Workshops

Contribute to our Life Skills Workshops, providing practical knowledge and tools to empower young adults in their transition to independent living. From budgeting and cooking to job readiness and time management, your expertise can equip them with essential skills for success, shaping their futures positively.

Housing Assistance Initiative

Support our Housing Assistance Initiative, helping provide stable housing for young adults as they navigate their growth to independence. Your donation can make a tangible difference, offering a safe and nurturing atmosphere where these individuals can focus on building their futures with trust and safety.

Outreach Plans

At Christmas People Foundation, our transitional living program for adults embodies a commitment to empowering young adults toward more promising futures. With stress on positive youth development (PYD) and trauma-informed care (TIC), we prioritize holistic development and strength. Through leadership options, skill-building ambitions, and community engagement, we provide participants with the tools they need to prosper unassisted. Our practice identifies the essence of preventing risk and trauma by promoting a supportive atmosphere where young people can unlock their full potential. Join us in nurturing the next era of leaders and changemakers, constructing a pathway to success together.

Service Coordination Plan

At Christmas People Foundation's youth empowerment services, our Service Coordination Plan is a guiding light for a youth homeless shelter. We encourage referrals to a broad scope of basic services, including social support, education, vocational exercise, legal aid, and healthcare. By connecting young adults with resources customized to their needs, we pave the path for holistic development and a youth empowerment program. Our objective is to deliver a complete support network, guaranteeing that every person has access to the means and possibilities they need to create a more hopeful future. Join us on the journey to self-reliance and conquest.

Extended Residential Shelter

In Christmas People Foundation's youth empowerment services, we provide mixed and supportive residential choices customized to personal demands. From group homes to supervised apartments, our lodgings present strength and community for participants transitioning from homelessness. Maternity group homes deliver specialized support for young mums, while host family homes offer a nurturing atmosphere. Each living area is devised to promote independence, growth, and connection, empowering residents to build a foundation for victory. Join us in creating supportive environments where every individual can succeed and attain their goals on the path to independence.

With personalized support and guidance, participants undertake a transformative trip towards self-sufficiency and well-being. Join us in empowering individuals to thrive and flourish on their path to independence.
